Terms of service.

These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Lifted Press. Specific details such as price, quantity, garments and dates are confirmed in writing for each order.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and current garment availability. Final pricing is confirmed after artwork review and before production.

Proofs and approval

We provide a digital proof for every order. Please check spelling, sizes, colours and placement carefully. Approving a proof confirms that the design is correct, and production begins on that basis. On-screen colours can differ slightly from printed colours.

Artwork and intellectual property

By sending artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to reproduce it. We may decline any design that infringes on someone else's rights, or that we consider offensive or unlawful. You remain the owner of your artwork.

Garments

Garments are sourced from third-party suppliers. If a style, colour or size becomes unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives before printing.

Production and delivery

Production dates are confirmed with your order and start after proof approval. Delivery times from couriers are estimates and are outside our control.

Custom products

Because every order is made to your specification, custom-printed items cannot be returned for change of mind. If there is a printing defect or an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will reprint or refund the affected items.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
